City Dost currently offers all services free of cost. In the future, if paid plans are introduced, the following will apply:

Refund Guidelines:
– Payments made for subscriptions or listing boosts will be non-refundable.
– Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
Duplicate payments
Technical failure in listing visibility

To request a refund, email support@citydost.com within 7 days of transaction with proof of payment. Processing may take up to 7 working days.
